Minimum
ISC has a $175.00 minimum, per order, for free delivery within our delivery zones. If you are unsure if your delivery location falls within our zones, please call our Customer Service Dept. 800-405-7627 Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm, Central Standard Time. Shipping charges will apply to those delivery locations outside the ISC delivery zones. Fuel Surcharges may also apply.

Pricing and product specifications are subject to change due to flexibility of the market.
Payments
ISC will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. We will also accept personal checks and money orders but please note that when using personal checks or money orders, your order will not ship until they have cleared the bank. If you wish to set up a new account with ISC so that you may be billed, please click "NEW ACCOUNT" and follow the instructions to be set up with our billing department.
Special Orders
All special ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Billing Discrepencies
If you should receive an invoice and you think there is a discrepency, please contact the ISC Billing Dept.
Damages/Shorts Upon Delivery
Industrial Soap Company will do everything possible to assure you receive all orders complete and in good condition. However, it is possible that you may receive merchandise which is damaged, incomplete or missing. We want to insure a smooth process for correcting any problems so please follow the policies listed below.
1) PLEASE... Never sign for any cases/packages delivered before you inspect it!
All cases must be checked for damage or shorts. Once you sign the ISC delivery ticket or bill of lading, and the truck driver leaves, those cases/packages become your responsibility.
2) If there are any obvious damages or shorts please sign the Industrial Soap Company delivery ticket or bill of lading noting what is damaged and sign your name clearly, date it and indicate your phone number. This will allow ISC to file a claim with the carrier. Please call your ISC Customer Service agent or Sales Representative within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise to receive credit or replacement order.
3) If the driver will not wait while you inspect the cases/packages, please write on the ISC delivery ticket or bill of lading "Driver will not wait for inspection of merchandise, there could be damage to contents or there may possibly be a short." Please sign your name clearly, date it and put a phone number. If you should discover damage or a short after the truck driver has left, please call ISC Customer Service or your Sales Representative within 72 hours so that you may receive a credit or replacement order.
Returns
Please note: All returns must be authorized and made within 30 days from date of receipt. If a personal check was used on the original purchase, reimbursement can't be made until the check has cleared the bank.
All returned merchandise will be accepted only in original cartons, standard packs, and must be in new saleable condition.
All returns must be freight prepaid. In the event that ISC has prepaid the outbound freight, and amount equal to the freight charge will be deducted from the credit.
Returns may be subject to a re-stocking/handling fee.
Special ordered items are not refundable or returnable.
Cancellation Of Web Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed on our website, you may do so by calling us the same day the order was placed. (800-405-7627) Please don't make this cancellation on-line due to the time factor involved in processing your order. If for some reason your order is delivered and was unable to be cancelled in time, please refuse the order and write "REFUSED/CANCELLED", YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER on the ISC delivery ticket.
Adding On To An Existing Web Order
If you have already placed an order on our website and wish to add to that order, please call us the same day of your order. It is possible that your order may have two seperate delivery tickets. One will be your original order and the other will be your "add-on". You may enter a new order at any time on our website, however, there will be no guarantee they will be delivered simultaneously.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy on our website is of our utmost concern. We want you to feel safe and secure when you are placing orders or providing us with your credit card information. We do not share your information with anyone else and it is totally secure as our site is owned and operated solely by Industrial Soap Company.
Shipping Time
We will do everything possible to ship your orders within 24 hours excluding special ordered items. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours that are in our delivery zones. Out-of- town orders may take longer. If you need a rush order, please advise at time of order.
Back Ordered Items
ISC sells over 25,000 items and from time to time we will be out of stock on a particular item(s). Please know that we will ship all back orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel a back order before it has shipped, please advise.
